For Buyers

Buying property in New Jersey

Get clear on the property, budget, financing readiness, offer strategy and transaction steps before you commit.

The Process

From preparation through closing

Each step keeps the property, the financing and your timeline aligned.

01

Prepare

Define property goals, budget and financing readiness before the search begins.

02

Evaluate

Review opportunities, arrange showings and assess whether a property fits the plan.

03

Offer

Prepare an offer strategy and negotiate terms with the property and market in mind.

04

Finance

Move through preapproval, loan options, documentation and underwriting toward closing.

05

Move Toward Closing

Track the milestones between contract and closing so the transaction stays aligned.

Two Ways to Work Together

Property assistance, financing assistance, or both

Each path can be used independently or together, depending on what you need.

Path One

Property Purchase Assistance

Help identifying, evaluating, negotiating and purchasing a property — defining goals, arranging showings, preparing an offer and moving the transaction toward closing.

Property assistance may be used for a cash purchase.

Path Two

Financing Assistance

Help preparing for and moving through the mortgage process — financing readiness, preapproval, loan options, documentation and underwriting follow-through.

Financing assistance may be requested independently. Buyers already represented by another real-estate professional may work with Frank only for financing.

Good Questions to Ask

Organize your thinking before you move forward

A few questions that help buyers clarify what they're looking for and what to expect.

01

What type of property am I looking for?

02

What should I consider before making an offer?

03

How does financing readiness affect my search?

04

What should I expect between contract and closing?

05

What happens if I already have a real estate agent?
